Our History

Founded in 1971 as "Organizacao Liberdade", LIBERCON was established with the purpose of providing auditing, consulting, and accounting advisory services in the city of São Paulo.

Inspired by the philosophy of the bonsai tree, the company followed a path of sustainable and structured growth, grounded in dedicated work, honesty, and professionalism. Over the course of more than 50 years, LIBERCON expanded its operations by opening a branch office in Japan and integrating companies offering services ranging from expatriate consulting to M&A.

Nowadays, LIBERCON is recognized for delivering customized services to both domestic and multinational companies, with a strong presence among Japanese clients and a reputation for high-quality and reliable solutions.

Bio:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sao Paulo Law School. Registered with the Brazilian Bar Association, Sao Paulo Section, and the Regional Administration Council of Sao Paulo. Holds a postgraduate degree from Fundacao Getulio Vargas with a specialization in Management for Small and Medium Enterprises. Has over 20 years of experience in providing legal consulting services to companies and individuals in Brazil.

Bio:

Fabio is a strategic and business consultant. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of Sao Paulo (POLI-USP), where he graduated top of his class, and received the CREA-SP for Professional Training Award and the USP Laureate Award for academic excellence. He also received the Gastao Vidigal Award from Banco Mercantil de Sao Paulo for outstanding performance in Economics. He obtained a Master's degree from the University of Tokyo as a scholarship holder from the Japanese Government's Ministry of Education, and completed an Executive MBA in International Management from Business School Sao Paulo, with an extension at Rotman School of Management – University of Toronto. Throughout his career, Fabio has worked as a consultant on strategic management projects in Finance, IT, Real Estate, and Human Resources, and has also been active in business development. He has extensive experience in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Fabio is fluent in English, Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Bio:

Roberto Nobutoshi Takada is the current President of LIBERCON Travel and Tourism. He holds a degree in Economics and has held executive positions within the LIBERCON Group since 1972. He is currently a partner in several of the group’s companies.

ROMUALDO HIROSHI NAKAI

Bio:

Currently serving as Vice President of LIBERCON Audit, Advisory, and Consulting, Hiroshi has been with LIBERCON since 1972. He is affiliated with the Regional Accounting Council and provides consulting services in accounting, tax, and labor matters for both national and multinational companies. He holds a technical degree in Accounting and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
